I'm always on the hunt for stuff to add to water in order to maximize hydration, especially if the product has a good amount of salt. These flavors are great, I wasn't so hot on the passionfruit one but I'll still power through them. Thought it was cool tart cherry is in here, I already use that to break up uric acid so that's a plus. No sugar with only stevia as a sweetener, as well as real fruit powder for flavoring. All around great choice if you need to rehydrate from cardio!
This is the one for me, high quality and mostly organic ingredients, nothing artificial, naturally colored and flavored, sugar-free and sweetened using stevia, all 3 flavors a pleasant, refreshing and enjoyable to drink, they all have a nice tame flavor not overly sweet or salty, I like the variety, so I can switch up the flavors when needed, I typically mix these up in a 21 fl oz sports bottle, with water, a few shakes and the powder dissolves completely, the packets are small, portable, and easy to open, I have tried these for mountain biking, hiking and skiing, and they seem to work as advertised and help hydrate, best of all they agree perfectly with me with no side effects.Each packet contains 540 mg of sodium (sea salt), plus vitamins (C, B6, B12, niacin), minerals (magnesium, potassium, copper, selenium, chromium, sodium), tart cherry, coconut, aloe vera and more, the mix is non-gmo, no artificial ingredients, sugar-free, and made with real fruit juices.Overall I highly recommend, 13 vitamins and minerals, lot# and exp date printed on bottom of boxes, 24 packets total (8 of each flavor).Made in the USA.
These mixes are great. They have the right balance of mild sweetness and good flavors for a hydration drink. There aren't any artificial ingredients and it uses natural flavors. It dissolves easily even in cold water. The company is in the USA so I feel confident with the claims and safety.I've seen a bunch of similar products, mostly imported, making claims about electrolytes and hydration that I won't take a chance on. With all the knockoffs, false claims, and recalls for contaminated products, finding a product that is made here is worth a little extra.
